反应烧结碳化硅

反应烧结碳化硅(RBSC)又称( SiSiC)具有高温强度高、高温下(1350度)抗氧化性能好、硬度高、耐磨损、耐酸(除氢氟酸外)的腐蚀、与金属及非金属材料组成的摩擦副摩擦系数小、绝磁等优点。制造的部件主要应用于磁力泵传动轴、化工泵用滑动轴承、止推轴承。机械密封环、耐高温耐磨部件。

Reaction Bonded Sillicon Carbide(RBSC) is called SiSiC. It has the virtue of high temperature strength, good oxidation resistance under high temperature (1350 degrees),high hardness, abrasion resistance, acid (except hydrofluoric acid) corrosion resistance,small friction coefficient of metal and non-metal materials and magnetic insulation.The component made of which is mainly used in the shaft of magnetic force driving pump，Plain bearings and thrust bearing of chemical pump, Mechanical sealing ring,and parts of High temperature resistance and wear resistance .
