氮化硅陶瓷

氮化硅陶瓷具有优良的机械性能一高温强度高，耐高温、耐磨、绝缘、绝磁等优点。采用反应烧结的氮化硅( RBSN)制品，主要应用于化工泵、有色金属冶炼用泵、液下泵、有色金属测温用热电偶保护管。采用气压/重烧结( GPS- -SN)方法制造的氨化硅制品，主要应用于有色金属成型模、自动化生产线定位器件、陶瓷轴承内、外圈、轴承用球。

Silicon nitride ceramics have mechanical properties, such as, excellent high temperature strength, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, insulation, the vast magnetic etc. It adopts reaction-bonded silicon nitride (RBSN) products (Figure 1),Mainly used in chemical pump, non-ferrous metal smelting pump, submerged pump,and non-ferrous metal temperature measuring thermocouple protection tube. It also adopts silicon nitride products of GPS - SN (figure 2), Mainly used in non-ferrous metal forming mould, Locating deviceof automatic production line，inner and outer ring of ceramic bearing, and bearing ball.
